Frequently Asked Questions
Some of the most common questions that clients usually ask before making important decisions in their business.
Do I have to understand my accounting if I already have an advisor?
Yes. The advisor takes care of the technical management, but the entrepreneur must understand their numbers in order to make decisions with criteria and anticipate problems or opportunities.
How often should a company’s tax situation be reviewed?
Not only in quarterly or annual closings. The review must be continuous in order to adjust decisions during the year and avoid surprises at the end of the year.
▸ When is a good time to switch from self-employed to company?
When the numbers indicate it, not by fashion or generic recommendations. Each business has a different optimal time depending on its turnover, costs and projection.
▸ What is the first thing the Tax Agency reviews in an inspection?
The order and coherence of the accounting, the traceability of the data and the correct justification of the expenses. A well-worked accounting reduces risks from the beginning.
▸ Is it better to keep the accounting up to date or review it only at the end of the year?
Always up to date. Accounting is not only a tax obligation, it is a key tool to control the profitability and the real health of the business.
