Professional career
A graduate in Social Work from the University of Elche, Ginés began his career in labor relations, drawn to the world of business and talent management.
After completing internships in a consultancy, he worked in the insurance sector and in administration before expanding his professional experience in Ireland.
This international experience allowed him to master English and gain an in-depth understanding of the fiscal and labor differences between European countries, a key advantage for advising companies and foreign residents today.
Upon his return to Spain, he joined the consulting department of a law firm, where he consolidated his technical knowledge. After four years, he took over the management of that consultancy and founded his own firm, Sánchez Krapa Consultores.
In 2023, he decided to take a further step and co-found We & Co. Consulting Group, a project that merges the experience of several professionals with a modern, technological, and collaborative vision of business consulting.
