Attention in your language

We know that in immigration procedures, mistakes appear due to misunderstandings: that’s why in We & Co we give attention in multiple languages and with a close and clear treatment.
If you prefer: we can do the first review by WhatsApp and then formalize the collection of documentation.

Documents usually required to prove permanence

The rule provides for the accreditation of the permanence with any public, private or combined document.

Examples (indicative, depending on your case):

  • Registration / appointments / official communications
  • Invoices, receipts, rent, shipments, recurring purchases
  • Reports, supporting documents, medical or school documents
  • Any documentary trace consistent over time

Note: it is not a matter of “having loose papers”, but of building a credible timeline.

Family unit

The process contemplates the simultaneous regularization of minor sons and daughters who are in Spain, with a 5-year permit.

Tell us your case and we will tell you if you can apply for it.
